We currently ship to locations within India. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer support team at ordersupport@velvetreign.com.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Saturday) excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST or on non-business days will be processed the following business day. During high-demand periods, processing times may take longer, and customers will be notified of any delays.
3. Delivery Timeframe
The estimated delivery time varies by location:
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
- Non-Metro Cities: 5-7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by factors beyond our control, such as weather, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
4.1 Domestic Shipping:
- Orders above ₹5,000 qualify for free shipping.
- A flat shipping fee of ₹150 applies to orders below ₹5,000.
4.2 International Shipping:
Shipping charges and delivery times for international orders will vary. Customers will be informed of the costs and timelines before the order is confirmed.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on our logistics partner’s website.
6. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the shipment:
- A second delivery attempt will be made at no additional charge.
- If the second attempt fails, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse, and the customer will be responsible for re-shipping fees.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. For damaged products, ensure you provide photographs of the packaging and the damaged item to ordersupport@velvetreign.com. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
8. P.O. Box Addresses
We currently do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a valid physical address during checkout.
9. Customs and Duties (For International Orders)
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Velvet Reign is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.
