APPLICABILITY OF POLICY
By agreeing to use the Velvet Reign Portal and/or initiating a request for purchase of Product(s) on the Portal, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this Policy without modification. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, you are advised not to transact on velvetreign.com.
Please note that we may, from time to time, revise the terms of the policy governing your return, refund, or cancellation of an order for products on velvetreign.com. Every time you wish to use the portal, please review the policy to ensure you understand the terms and conditions applicable at that time.

We offer exchanges & returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. Once your exchange/return request has been accepted by our team, you will receive a notification on your registered email, and your order will be picked up by our logistics partner within 24-48 hours.
- Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier partner is unable to pick up the shipment, you will be required to send the shipment back to the warehouse address. Reverse pick-up is subject to the availability of the service in your area’s pin code.
- Once your order has been received at the warehouse, it will go through a Quality Check. Upon approval, your exchange/return request will be processed further.
- Estimated delivery of all exchange queries is within 7-10 working days.
- If an exchange in size cannot be fulfilled due to stock availability, we will exchange it for another product or issue a gift card, which can be redeemed at any of our stores or for your next online purchase.
- For ALL return orders, refunds will be issued in the form of a credit note once the product passes Quality Check (QC). The credit note will be shared with you via your registered email.
- Products must be returned in the same condition as shipped. If returned products are in poor condition or appear worn, the request will not be processed.
If issues persist, please email us with your name and order ID at ordersupport@velvetreign.com. We are available Monday to Saturday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Pending queries will be resolved on priority within 24 hours.
Order Cancellations:
- Cancellations are only permitted for COD orders, provided the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
- All prepaid orders are final and non-refundable. Refunds, if applicable, are issued in the form of gift cards equivalent to the selling price/MRP, valid for six months. Gift cards are non-refundable and redeemable only at our offline and online stores. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchange/Return of Products
You may request an exchange/return of a product if:
(a) The product does not fit.
(b) Both the product and its packaging have been damaged.
(c) The product is defective.
(d) Parts of the product or accessories are missing.
You can exchange/return the product(s) purchased from us provided they meet the following mandatory conditions:
- The product has not been worn, cleaned, or tampered with.
- Original brand tags, packaging, and accompanying accessories are intact and not altered, damaged, or discarded.
- The product has not been altered unless proven to have a vendor defect.
- The return is initiated for the order under which the product was purchased, and it matches our records.
- There are no foul odors, perfumes, stains, dents, scratches, tears, or other damage to the product.
- Products purchased as a set must be returned as a complete set.
- Returned products must be in unused, undamaged, and unwashed condition and fit for resale.
- We are satisfied that the product has not been rendered defective or unusable.
Return requests are facilitated through our reverse-logistics partners. Once we acknowledge your request, our logistics partner will contact you to collect the products. We reserve the right to reject a return or exchange request if the conditions above are not met.

SALE ORDERS
All sales made during special sale events are final. We do not allow exchanges, returns, or refunds once an order is generated. Orders from sale events will be shipped on priority.
